Justine Mucinski

Dr. Justine Mucinski is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Translational Research Institute (AdventHealth, FL) working in Jim DeLany’s laboratory.  Her research focuses on the application of stable isotope technologies to track changes in systemic metabolism and energy balance across a range of populations (e.g., African American, Hispanic, Samoans, Aging) and metabolic states (e.g., obesity, diabetes, calorie restriction).  Justine is interested in using similar methods to understand the interplay between liver and skeletal muscle metabolism.
